If products don't meet your specifications, please return them for a full refund (original purchase price, including shipping) within 30 days. If you can supply usage information, that is appreciated but not required. If products incur breakage due to normal use between 30 and 90 days, please send an email to gcustsvc@gajjitz.com, and we'll be in touch with your options.
